The share and share capital

The share capital of BrandBee Holding AB (Publ) amounts to SEK 15,904,189.45 divided into 318,083,789 shares with a quotient value of SEK 0.05 per share. The company has only one class of shares where one share entitles to one vote. According to the Articles of Association, the share capital may amount to a minimum of SEK 4,000,000 and a maximum of SEK 16,000,000 and the number of shares to a minimum of 80,000,000 and a maximum of 320,000,000.

 

The shares have been issued in accordance with Swedish legislation and are denominated in SEK. The shares are registered electronically in accordance with reconciliation conditions in the Articles of Association and the share book is kept by Euroclear. All shares are equally entitled to profits and dividends as well as to BrandBee Holding AB's (Publ) assets and any surplus on liquidation.
